Went for umrah with family and booked this hotel for our stay in medina. Had 3 quad rooms. All 3 rooms were very filthy and not upto standards at all. Carpets were filthy and some sticky to even step on with shoes. Had kids wih us so we had to be extra careful. Breakfast was included and I must say it's not worth getting up for.
I will rate this a 1 and at most 2 start hotel!! Defo will NOT recommend anyone to stay here. And water smelt like kerosene

I stayed for one day with my family . The hotel was neat and clean . We were given a room with 4 single beds . The location is just 2 blocks away from Masjid Al Nabawi . It is near gate no 17 at the rear entrance . There was 6 lifts working and that was a plus point . Took a little time checking in the hotel but that’s fine ..

We booked through booking.com, the hotel was advertised as 5 star but i would give it a 2 and a half or 3. We had a 14 month child with us and the carpet was dirty, the shower had little pressure. The room cleaner was very polite and helpful, he put sheets on the floor so our child could crawl on them. The hotel needs a refurbishment. Please be careful when booking as it is not a 5 star. If your getting a cheap deal then I wouldn’t say no but be warned. Location is close to the Haram especially for the ladies.

+ The amenities provided was really nice, they went two step ahead and provided most of the required items.
appreciate the complimentary water bottles provided x 3
Most important when you exit hotel from reception, walk straight, take left and then right - Masjid gate -takes only 3 minutes!
Friendly staffs

-Bed was not very comfy and doesn't look like made for a 5 star hotel
Washrooms did not have a shower area, not everyone is comfort with tub.
The room was not spacious enough to move around.

Room tip: I do not know if they have a view, might well as ask!
