This was good Hotel with spacious rooms. We stayed one night as a part of tour package. Staff was courteous and polite. Breakfast spread was good. We are vegan and found good. Language was main problem.

You would need a good imagination to believe this is a five star hotel. Part of a tour group we stayed here for three nights. Maybe more like a three star hotel!

Lobby exceptionally overcrowded. Conferences on going and people everywhere. The bar near to the lobby was a good place to rest whilst we waited for our keys. Rooms not available until after 3pm - very disappointing.

Main hotel restaurant is mayhem in the morning.

Rooms look jaded and worn out. Bathroom had a tub but it appeared the tub had been designed not to work to conserve water. Notwithstanding, some thinking with regards to improvising worked well with a piece of plastic and an inverted glass over the plug stopper.

On positive notes. Bedroom had super comfortable beds and there was a super efficient USB charging port on both sides of the bed.

I would not choose to stay here in future.

This hotel must have recently been renovated because everything was so new and clean and great! Huge room and stunning bathroom and we were fortunate to have a room with a balcony overlooking the hotel fountains. Only thing is almost none of the staff spoke any English which made it a bit difficult when asking for anything and it’s a bit out of the way from the centre but taxis were relatively cheap which solved that problem!

Stayed here 1 night as part of a tour. It was cosy, warm and offered great room service. When you need to get something solid down you instead of sloppy Chinese food the club sandwich is a treat! Everything was clean, tidy and the toiletries were lovely, thee was even some free Chinese made condoms in the room, obviously to control their child policy's. great wifi too

Well located and recently renovated, nice size room, excellent bathroom, with small balcony, nice and clean., good feel to the hotel, new comfy beds and blankets, staff were friendly but can’t speak English. Tv only had 2 English Channels and were both news channels, bit annoying when you want to relax.

Room tip: We asked for a king or queen and got 2 singles so good luck :)
