This calm and peaceful cafe is the perfect resting place after a busy visit at the golden pavilion. The food is very good, the juices freshly squeezed and the coffee selection impressive.

Cool local near Kinkaku-ji temple in Kyoto. Quiet environment with soft music. The man who was managing the coffee shop was kind and attentive. I totally recommend the toasts with butter and almonds.

Located near Kinkakuji. This cafe is the best one nearby. Enjoyed a decent ice green tea latte. Recommend to vusit if you need a place to chill during your trip.

Nice cafe on the walk from Kinkaku-ji to Ryoan-ji. Ordered a pasta carbonara and a tomato pasta and both were delicious. Would definitely recommend a stop here if you're looking for a nice little break. Bonus, Free wifi!
