This hotel is in a great location - close to the waterfront and park, walking distance to lots of the sights and right next to a tram stop. With a daily tram pass we could trip around and see those places that were a bit far to walk to. The staff were friendly and the room had an opening window (fresh air!!) and a great shower. The negatives were a bed as hard as concrete jammed against the wall, and tiny pillows that seemed to be filled with dried peas. We accept that Japanese pillows are not what we are used to, however some hotels offer more "western" alternatives.
