We’ve frequented the other outlets and have enjoyed it for the quality of food and drinks for the price you pay.
This is by FAR the worst in terms of food quality and service. Why:
1) Their waiters can’t speak English (or Malay) properly so they get the orders mixed up and you don’t understand them.
2) the food doesn’t taste similar to the other outlets. Poor quality and taste especially the pasta.
3) despite being a new place some things don’t work like the door knobs in the toilet area so it gives an impression it’s not maintained well.
The manager also is usually not around so even if you wanted to give feedback to someone who can use it constructively it’s a slim chance.
