The entire experience was impeccable. Our 3-course dinner was served in a private room right above the hotel restaurant. Food was 10/10 with their specialty in oriental menu. Thanks to our server Sean for giving us amazing service, he was enthusiastic throughout the dinner and ended the day with offering to take pictures for us.

Only one staff had me there, the reception manager figah. Always trying her best to help me and she's quite entertaining to had a conversation with. Overall the stay was great and location was near to go anywhere. Not bad for a solo traveller.

the hotel was very clean & pristine ! location was okay . the facilities were also well maintained . This hotel would be good for couples in my opinion . i personally would want to stay in this hotel when i return to Kuala Lumpur again . i certainly enjoyed my stay here ! :)

From the detail in the design, the excellent breakfast (great coffee, fresh orange juice & perfectly poached eggs) and other food on offer, to the extremely comfortable bed and ideal location. I highly recommended visiting the Chow Kit market and buying all the exotic fruits on offer.
Also, you have great taste in music, from the lobby to the lift, it was thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks to your welcoming and friendly staff for making it such a special trip.
