It was a great experience altogether, stayed over nine weeks. Staffs are very friendly especially Ms. **Fiza** with awesome approach towards guests. lastly the foods, there are more than 20 different rice preparation I tested which is by itself a great experience. Hope to visit again soon.More

We've been staying at PR for a bit now and all the front desk staff, especially the doorman's really attentive and friendly. It's a little bit old and sometimes the housekeeping can overlook some spots in the room, they would always help me out whenever needed.
Breakfast buffet on the other hand can be a hit and a miss. The Asian food's much yummier than everything else so keep an eye on that.

Friendly & helpful frontline staffs. Room are spacious for family stay. Nice scenery on 31th floor of the swimming pool area. Always stay safe and clean. Excellent service Will visit this suites again for staying in KL.

Great welcoming and helpful reception staff made check in fairly smooth. We booked a late check out but on the date of check out the reception staff made an extra concession -- So a BIG thank you.
Breakfast great so much variety to cater from continental to local breakfast of the eastern taste (thumbs up)
A new bean to cup coffee was installed during our stay. A big welcome as it was a great change to the prepared coffee. Albeit a black coffee takes no time to make but a latte/cappuccino can take several minutes which means the coffee queue gets very long very quickly.
Rooms - city views managed to get the KL tower. Spacious with plenty of amenities as you would expect from an apart-hotel.
Steam room was out of action :-( but the pools and Jacuzzi made up for it.

Overall the property is great and the staff are very professional and polite and welcoming. The only one problem which I think is a problem is the housekeeping staff rang the doorbell @ 8.30am on Saturday morning and woke everyone up. Why is housekeeping ring the doorbell so early in the morning and especially on the day of check-out? I actually work in the travel and hospitality industry and that is really quite unacceptable. I would have given a higher rating of 10 but now is lowered as there definitely needs to be some kind of training in the housekeeping department to approach or clean rooms at a more suitable time.

Nice hotel and very spacious suite. Very comfortable bed with excellent Wifi and a good air condition system. The bath facilities were very spacious but they could use some attention to remove the black mold in a number of the spaces between the tiles. The breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety to choose from. It was centrally located and close to many pubs and restaurants for either lunch or dinner.
