The must stay location in KL

From the moment we checked in on level 24, we were greeted with friendly, approachable staff always willing to assist. A special thank you to Kevin for ensuring another successful stay. In a country where customer service can be uncertain, it is always a pleasure to stay here.

Comfortable and convenient

The staff is excellent and support around my trip in terms of check in and check out was great. Hotel has ample services. It’s located conveniently to get around the city.
Could serve better coffee at breakfast and a few more local options

Stay at Mandarin Oriental KL

Easy and fast check in at the counter. All staff are helpful and did their job professionally. Rooms are clean. Facilities provided are well maintained and available as mentioned during check in. I am so happy that I chose to stay at MO KL.

Great Stay with Pure Cultural Enjoyment!

Honestly, it has been one of the best hotels stays I've ever had - and I've had a lot!

Location, Hotel Building (being an Architect myself) & Service were up to perfection! Particularly the staff who were amazingly friendly and very supportive.

As such, I am now intrigued to check in into M.O. Doha, Qatar where I have been residing for the past 15 years. Highly recommend at any time!

Excellent Service

Very good location which provided easy access to the mall and the Petronas tower. The hotel staff are very professional and accommodated last minute requests like transportation arrangements. The rooms very good and spacious.
