“Superb location”
Reviewed 11 March 2012

We always enjoy staying at the Grand Millenium. The staff are very well trained, polite, and most helpful. Breakfast buffet is one of the best in KL. The only disappointment on this visit was that following the hotel power shutdown, we had no TV entertainment reception at all for the rest of the evening. Despite assurances that the problem was being looked into, it was not fixed up to the time we checked out on the following day.

Room Tip: No problems at all with rooms.

I stayed in Grand Millenium for 3 days. The lobby is spacious and cool although when you first enter, you will be a bit confused where the reception located as you need to walk 3-steps stair to find it. For those that likes to handle your own luggage, it would be a bit inconvenient as you have to lift it to pass the short stairs.

There are free wifi at the front lobby, 'The Mill' the restaurant where you get breakfast and in the Meeting rooms, but you need to request the password from the receptionist.

The light in the room is ok, not too dim, aircon is adjustable, acceptable space, has both bath tub and shower, has ironing utilities and flat tv. But the TV channels are limited to CNN, local channels, ESPN, discovery, star world and AXN.

The hotel location is just beside Pavillion Mall, an upscale Mall and across the hotel is fahrenheit Mall. If you need to travel around KL, this might not be the best oocation as it is a traffic area

What I love the most is the spacious fitness center with new treadmill equipment. And it is open 24-hours!!!! I love it! They have 5 treadmill equipment, each has its own tv.

Picked this hotel for a business trip as this will give me an opportunity to pop into some shops and restaurants/street food after my meetings.

Beautiful interior and large space in the lobby and room. Only problem was leakage from a faulty WC in the first room and the water couldn't drain in the shower in the room I changed to. The breakfast selection was extensive and if good quality.

I guess I would return to this hotel again due to the excellent location.

Location was great and the rooms big, clean and with all the commodities. Breakfast was amazing and the best part was that you had it all there right beside you, shops, taxis, restaurants. We got a view of the Petronas Towers from our window...but who doesn´t in Kuala Lumpur I suppose... :)
