Its been 3 months since I have moved out of the Ritz after 17 years here and I am still suffering from withdrawal syndrome. My husband and I felt like we now have PTSD. If you are not afraid of having PTSD because your good life and good time has ended and you need to move out, here is the best place to stay for long term.
Trust me, you cannot find another service apartment that provide such quality living and such warm hospitality in which staffs from managers to cleaners give you their very best!
Location is tops!! Right in the heart of Bukit Bintang yet away from the crowd. The back street is Jalan Imbi which allows us to escape from weekend jam very easily.
Lots of yummy F&B outlet from 1 star to 5 stars all within walking distance.
Supermarkets, hair salon, massage, cinema, book shop, everything you need for a good life is all within easy reach
Interior of the hotel is so beautiful and well designed be it lighting or layout. Plenty of space with 5 toilets and bath, 3 bedrooms, 1 study room, 1 maid's room so there is privacy for every member of the family

Also the security team led by Colin who is so hardworking, he is always there for as if he works 24 hours a day. His team is always quick to respond, very professional and efficient. Thank you Shah, Sukuman and Ratan (maintenance team)
Duty manager Clarence and Vivien are my favorite not forgetting Diana and Natalie. Even after I moved out, they are still helping me and forwarding my mails.
Sincere thanks to all the bell men who never fail to greet us with their big smile and warm welcome namely Sham, Bahar, Abang Din, Panir, Ryzy and Vino. They are always in good mood rain or shine or when hotel is over booked and they are overworked. After returning from a business trip, worn out, tired and exhausted, they are there to greet you by name, offer a listening ear and show empathy in the most sincere way
Not forgetting Butler Zul who like me has been there for ages and our sweet housekeeping Nuri both whom deserve gold medal for their dedication to their jobs in not only doing it well but excel in every request you ask of them.
I hope and dream that I will have the chance to come back one day but for now, I can only send my friends and business contacts.
Another dream is that the suite wing will re-establish the residence lounge which allows long staying guests to gather and get to spend time with each other after a long hard day. I remember fondly how many of our neighbours choose to stay here just for this since we are all business travellers and away from our family, we manage to establish an extended family amongst the long staying guest which is priceless!!
I hope the hotel will continue to keep all these loyal staffs and reward them well after all, hardware is easily replace but software (the human factor) is hard to come by especially so many of them have worked for more than 10 yearsMore
