Good experience

Great Location; Very comfortable room. Toiletries were not as good as expected. Breakfast was a delightful surprise. Room was cleaned only in the late afternoon but cleaning was impeccable. staff are very friendly and efficient.

Comfy yet rooms to improve

Fridge is old, was shifted to another room. Yet is still under average temperature.

Staff are friendly but restaurant at thirsty has less observant towards customers.

Other than that everything was Great!

Clean and high standard hotel

Staff very helpful, concierge,spa and room cleaners.
Room managers Hong and zakaria made our day on checkin date, which was my wife birthday. Complimentary cakes and flowers unlike other hotels.
Easy access to KLCC
Concierge very responsive
Breakfast Food very good but i ended up eating same variety over my 3 nights stay.

Pool and spa clean and not busy.

Will recommend for stay expetience

GH Lives Up To Its Billing

The room was cozy and comfortable. Everything was up to expectations. The only downside of my stay would be the slow service during tea at Thirty8 (seemingly looked like lacking of staff). Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Special shoutout to the staff at the front desk, Mr Mel who was well-mannered, friendly and concise when communicating and was also fast in checking my partner and I in.

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur : Excellent!

This is my first stay in Grand Hyatt KL, for conference and I came with my husband. All aspects are beyond our expectation : cleanliness, strategic location (we just walked from and to everywhere due to it), safety, responsiveness of the staff, delicious food, etc etc. Will definitely stay again in the future..!
