This hotel is truly beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. You are greater with a welcome drink which is nice, we went for the White wine, which was delicious, and needed after our journey there.

The room is comfortable, bed extremely comfy. Bathroom is nice, with a tv in there, for bath time watching! A nice powerful shower. Nice luxury toiletries provided.

The pool area is lovely, hot tub as well as a main pool. The pool bar was good, but they had run out of most things by the evening and we were not allowed to order from the downstairs bar.

We did not eat at the hotel, as we thought it was a little pricey, but the mall area adjoining the hotel had several nice restaurants, a great Japanese which was reasonably priced and a coffe shop where you can get a great value hot breakfast.

Main negative is the area. Really awful at night time. We felt quite unsafe at night. We were accosted many times by beggars who would not leave us alone, and were tricked into going not a girly bar by someone saying it was a steak and lobster restaurant! We had to laugh!

There is a good mall nearby, but was not open during our stay.

Hotel airport transfer is expensive - get the hotel to order an airport taxi at half the price, or a normal taxi at even less!

Positives:
Clean spacious room
Nice swimming pool
Friendly staff
Efficient airport transfer
Negatives
Breakfast food was cold- either air conditioning too high or buffet heating too low
Long wait for check out -it is also not polite to loudly tell the guest that the room has to be checked first before check out process can be completed. Makes yoi feel like a criminal!
Loud music from disco or club ( better to choose a room with bay view to avoid this)
All in all a hotel to be recommended

Room 2022 - 3 nights.

A good size room, a very comfortable bed, and nioce and quiet. Good air con. Safe, with tea and coffee facilities. Iron and board. The room had a good bathroom, lots of hot water and a nice jacuzzi bath. Good TV with a wide choice.
Service was excellent from check in to departure. The swimming pool, I found OK - biggest issue is that there is no locker at the pool, not a good area to change (a toilet) and nowhere to keep your clothes.
There is a 7/11 store across the road - good value to buy cool drinks, etc, rather than high price mini bar.

Breakfast very good on level 21. Good vue, good food and good service.

An excellent hotel with staff service that shows others how it should be done the rooms were as expected clean smart and everything you need breakfasts in the morning were also good with plenty of European and Asian dishes elevated on the top floor means that you enjoy a 360 view of Manila. If I were to have a minus it would not be the hotel but perhaps the local beggars that seem to congregate nearby outside the hotel they can be persistent and annoying otherwise well done GM of Pan Pacific good run property
