This church is located in the heart of manila. There a lot of business flourishing in the area. Best time to visit is on January 9. During the feast of the Black Nazarene. Said image originated and came from mexico which explains its features. Countless miracles are attributed to the devotion to the black nazarene. During the fiesta millions join the image as it is processed from the Quirino Grand Stand near the iconic Manila Hotel passing by the different districts of manila on it's way back to the shrine. It will take hours and even a record 24 hrs to make it back to the church. If you want to see faith come alive, join the fiesta celebration. But be warned that it is also dangerous becoz of the numerous number of faithful joining the celebrations.

The Feast of the Black Nazarene is almost a national annual event for the Faithful. Thousands join the Procession that takes a day, barefooted.

We went there on Friday and it's hot and humid because there's a shower but when we reached the church, you feel so blessed especially when the priest bless the people and the holy water reached us.
