You stop by the side of the road to see this on the side of a hill in front of you. It seems to be a platform for adverts up at the top and not a lot else. You cannot go into it or look around. Don't bother just keep a look out as you go past on the dolmus, you'll get the same view.

Unbelievable. Only 10min walk from Mausoleum. Dangerous road to cross, but great location. And very special, 10min before closing time (17u) we were completely alone and for free. Impressive to be in an ancient theatre and you are the only one. From the top of the theatre you will oversee the entire city of Bodrum. Great shots made!

I had a lovely walk to see this from Bodrum. There's an excellent view of the harbhour and I had the place all to myself as I don't think many people visit much. Such history!

Nearly 2.500 years old, this amazing theatre was originally built during Classical Grecian times, and remains one of the best-preserved such structures around today. Immerse yourself in this astonishing building, now handily located on one of the main roads leading into Bodrun, and offering excellent views into the bay and the city.
