It was good but anyplace that calls itself the Waffle Barn should have waffles that blow your doors off. I was shocked that it was EMPTY on a Sunday morning. Being out oft owners, we were bracing to have to wait. Anyway, worth going but nothing special.

We visited the Waffle Barn for breakfast. Maybe it's only a comparison to prices in California but we were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and cost of our meal. Best bacon I've had just about anywhere and an excellent variety of breakfast options. Service was great, we waited for nothing. Would recommend this as a very good choice and will come back whenever we are in town. We hope it doesn't succomb to the location curse!

Large variety of breakfast choices. Great price when we were there (anniversary special - $7 for a waffle with an egg, side of bacon and sausage). My wife really liked her cinnamon roll waffle (Cinnabon waffle?). The coffee was coffee. The waitress was nice and efficient. Nothing spectacular, but hey its a cheap breakfast - quick and easy.

I can't tell you why but every restaurant in this spot has been unsuccessful. The food is just barely average. The green salad was mostly white parts of iceberg lettuce. The BLT: overtoasted hard bread, very crunchy bacon. Our waitress was really trying...getting the bill paid and change accounted for was painful.

This is not your trendy, designer foodie place; just honest, well prepared meals served in a very clean, tidy and friendly establishment. It is a nice alternative to the tourist catering places in downtown. Enjoyed the outdoor tables, too.
