This is definitely the place. Reviews had said it could be the best Gumbo in the city and the Uber driver said it was probably the best Crawfish Étouffée in the city, so I decided to have both. And they were both right. The restaurant is a little bland, stuck in a strip mall with little ambiance, but everything else was great. Service was friendly and prices were very reasonable. The Étouffée was loaded with crawfish and both it and the gumbo had just the right amount of spice/kick to them. I also had a side of Cajun Green Beans, where they followed my family's saying - "There's no such thing as too much garlic". All 'n all, this place is a keeper. If you want ambiance (and a bill that will be thee times as much), there's a Pappadeaux down the road. I'll be coming here more often in the future.
