Dear Fellow Travelers,
I'm writing this review for one simple reason: to say thank you to Quisha for making my stay at the Crystal City Holiday Inn what every traveler desires and what we so rarely get - the feeling of being welcomed, of actually being cared about, after however many hours, days or months we've been on the road. I won't bore you with the details, but I've been running around this world of ours since June: from Guam to the Philippines and everywhere in between, between Houston and San Francisco more times than I can remember, and for the last month 10,000 miles up and down the east coast; I just drove from Houston and got to this Holiday Inn this morning.
Quisha met me with the biggest smile I've seen in ages.. From the first minute, she had me relaxed and laughing, sloughing off the miles in a heartbeat. In every aspect of her hospitality, she went out of her way to make me more comfortable and feel at home, including calling every cleaning service in Crystal City in a heroic attempt to meet my (heinous) request of the possibility of same day dry-cleaning. She provided me with a suite of options for local travel, shopping and freshening up for my upcoming meetings, and to top it all off, the coffee was fresh, hot and delicious (I mean fresh-made and generously brewed, how often do we actually get coffee like we make at home)?
So thanks again Quisha, for making my stay at the Holiday Inn as close to home as it can get. My family and I are Gold Elite Members, and I hope someone like you manages every Holiday Inn I stay at - your wonderful hospitality ensures that I and my family will be back next time we need a place to call home on the road.
