Clean, secure hotel. Comfortable room - but without a single drawer anywhere to be found. OK - just piled up underwear on one shelf, socks on another and put the dirty stuff in a pile in the corner.
They seem to cater to domestic vacationers (particularly families) rather than business or international travelers.
Problematic internet wifi. Slow when it works.
Very noisy - no soundproofing in the rooms. Conversations in the breezeway and children playing in the pool reverberate through the rooms. The Friday night party at the bar on the beach across the road is almost deafening, and continues until about 3 in the morning. Fortunately, it is only on Friday nights. Otherwise, the din subsides by midnight.
Nice breakfast and dinner buffets (though published serving times seem to be mere "suggestions" to the staff).
Staff was very nice and tried to help. But, communication issues arose from my poor Portuguese and their poor English. Had I been able to speak Portuguese, my stay would probably have been a little less stressful.
