We can warmly recommend this lovely new apartment for your relocation to Vitoria and Vila Velha region. The building is less than 2 years old with a lovely swimming pool, barbecue area and sauna on the rooftop which we used extensively.
Location is perfect, 200 m to beach and walking distance to super market, restaurants and the newly opened shopping mall - Shopping Vila Velha, where you can find cinemas and all kinds of stores.
The apartment is decorated and fully furnished in European style with warm and tasteful colors throughout all rooms. Laundry room and kitchen with lots of storage and all equipment you will need. There are 3 bedrooms, while the master bedroom has a separate bathroom. There are fast internet and cable TV and 24 hr security guards at the front gate.
We want to thank the owner for all support during our stay, finding school for our children and all kinds if translation service as majority of people speak limited English.
