Its not was a good experience, the air conditioner doesn´t work good. The staff is good but no speak my language. I pretend never come here. its almost lost my flight because an error in my bill. I not received my invoice yet, for what?

Best hotel, location and service. Restaurant and minibor are a bit expensive. I entend to return other times. There´s a shuttle service. I stayed at good view and beautifull sunset. Thanks to made our travel so good.

This hotel is a short distance from the airport and an equally small distance to the beach. There is a good selection of restaurants and shopping within 100 m. Room are spacious and modern. A nice pool on the mezzanine floor and potentially lovely views from the roof terrace (unfortunately it was locked). Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to and from airport is very convenient.

Room tip: I had a good view landwards towards the mountains but I expect sea views would be very nice too.

We have used this hotel every year when we come to Brazil upon arrival and prior to departure to Canada. I always look forward to the visit as the hotel is committed to the comfort of its guests in every aspect.

Can't express with words how disappointing was our stay. I go to Brazil once a year and stay in nice hotels to relax,but this one makes you feel stressed

CHECK IN went smooth and staff was polite, but we were not given the information needed about breakfast time, swimming pool and gym location. I had to ask these questions, so wasnt impressed and thought it was not a good start.

BEDROOM was large, bed was kingsize, but was basic, just like any holiday in or ibis

BREAKFAST that's the annoying part. We were crumped up in this little space. So we had to queue and wait for tables to become available. So busy there were no plates or cutlery available.
To walk pass the tables our bum can pretty much touch peoples plates, its awful! And to get to our table its like a game, whereby we need to try our best, not to bump into plates full of food or glasses of juice, waitresses with trays or others guests trying to do the same thing.
They have space upstairs but access was blocked by a table with guests. So i had to ask for access (I shouldn't need to ask, its a matter of lack of organisation and planning)

Last few days breakfast was set up upstairs, but there was not everything, so we still have to run up and down to get what we wish. Not to forget to mention that breakfast wasnt a great deal. None of the cakes served was nice. Just not what you pay for

LIFT was another stress. 15 floors and only 2 lifts, a joke really! The queues and the wait was embarrassing to watch and stressful to go through. Could take 10-15min to get to our room or to the breakfast area.

ROOM SERVICE we paid alot of money for a food that arrived missing the rice, taste like crap and the charge was ridiculously expensive. So we made sure we would eat out to not go through this again.

SWIMMING POOL the same situation as the lifts. 15 floors for a tiny space. So we go there, we see every space has been occupied and we return to the room feeling disappointed

NOT WORTH IT
This hotel would only be worth a visit if they would charge 35% less. So you would know you are paying to suffer a little.
I booked this one expecting to be the best one close to the beach, so im disappointed and sad i wasted money with this hotel.

I will not return to it again, and will not recommend to anyone.
