We visited both Brazilian and Argentinian side. Both were amazing. Argentinian trip takes all day and lets you see Garganta do Diabo from the above which is incredible.
Brazilian trip shows postcard views of the waterfalls and takes about 3 h. It's better organized in my opinion.

I think it's good to spend 2 days at the falls, visit both sides and have your own opinion.

Loved every single thing about this. Easy to get around, very friendly people. Just an amazing place. The only thing would be to visit the Brazilian side first and then the Argentinian side. I much preferred what the Argentinian side had to offer in terms of trails etc. Brazilian side was very short in comparison. Also, if you are interested in doing the boat ride under the falls, cheaper and closer experience on the Argentinian side. Still amazing either way and you won't be disappointed.

If I had to choose between the Brazilian side and the Argentinian side ... I would take the Brazilian. The capuchin monkeys and the butterflies are so cool.. Watch for spiders that make there webs in the railings.... pretty but wouldn't want them on me.
The helicopter ride after was fast but worth it... When will you ever get a chance to see how hidden these falls really are in the rain forest?
The paths are well maintained and the bridge to overlook the falls is amazing.. you can get wet if you'd like.. no need to go the the Argentinian side to take the boat ride /jeep tour that is a total ripoff.

The Cataratas of Iguaçu are one of the most beautiful views I have seen. The park is well maintained and comfortable facilities. I highly recommend a trip to Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, to visit the falls, the park, trails, and the Passeio do Macuco.
