This is the first time in my traveling life that i am disgusted by a hotel.
It looks stunning on pictures and is beachfront but that said, it was a horrible experience.
First check in :
Check in was slow and completely unprofessional.
One of the employees was in fact very rude, the other completely incompetent.
The view from the ( not so clean) room was not as suggested by the hotels pictures.
Poolsite closed in the morning and after check out you cannot enter.
We had a 3 pm departure and i asked to drink/eat something at the rooftop bar : not allowed.
I tried to take contact with a responsible manager, instead i got 2 bodyguards kicking me out.
Employees speak very bad english, rarely communication possible if tou don t speak portuguese.
Everywhere totaly worthless bodyguards, pretending they are a top notch hotel.
In fact, it is the most worthless hotel i have after stayed in. ( and i travel a lot)
Booked through booking.com, gave them a bad review that is never published.
Absolutely to AVOID !

Good infrastructure, bur service at restaurant for dinner was very bad: Sincs swety maitre and waiter, order never attended, bad music. No one to sit us in the crowded place. I suggest people to avoid the place.

The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Although I speak a little to no Portuguese, they were able to assist in English. Carolina was so patient with us as we tried to order dinner. João was very hospitable as well and his greeting made me feel safe, welcome and at peace. Will def stay again. Highly recommended. Complimentary beach chairs great! Ocean balcony view even better. Complimentary breakfast icing on the cake.
