I spent 2 nights at this nice located, grwat view hotel.

The events center service was perfect!
Very nice, supportive, proactive!

The room was big, but I find a bit annoying to be alone in a 2 beds room...
Beds were comfortable, shower great and the air conditioning was working well, but dripping water condensed from the aircon to the floor.

Food at the restaurant was fair, but the service took too long for a group pre ordered lunch

On the other hand, coffee breaks tasted great!!

Would come back for business

Well located this hotel is a good choice if you are looking for a business and relaxing hotel. The room was cleaned and well maintained. Ask for the ocean view rooms, they are very nice.
However there are some improvements issues: Parking lot - it's ridiculous paying every single day the parking. Even if you stay several days you have to pays daily - why don't you include on just one bill? it's more practical and avoid to much receipt.....
Room service - It took to long to have my meal ready and when arrived, it was cold. Need to review this issue.

Good afternoon friends of Rio...
We have arrive safe in Rio, the hotel is right at the see front.
All good so far just a little frustrated with the luck of food choice.Quality is good regarding food but to slow and same menu .
Rooms are okay but on the small side...bathroom okay to.
If you come please check the area for food first.
Enjoy

in principle the room was clean, however air conditioning had trouble to cope with the hot climate and was badly maintained/very dirty inside. Also there was no mattress protection only a sheet which had some stains...should not be.
For the rest all was actually good and we even had a bottle of champagne for new year offered.

The hotel is nicely situated close to the Barra beach jetty. The main route to the Copacabana runs close by and the time from/to the airport is about 45 minutes by taxi. The staff are very friendly and the rooms comfortable. Restuarnt food is very good (dinner is a three-course meal with little choice but good and very reasonable). Hotel well-maintained.
