This hotel has especially good location in the city. It's right next to Avenida Paulista and close to many restaurants and shops. Hotel is not very spacious, though at least my room was quite large for one person. A slight disappointment was the quality of materials and finishings in the room, especially in the bathroom which was very old-fashioned and very small. Hotel is quite clean though.
Hotel has a restaurant/bar, gym, backyard with a swimming pool, and the Sky Bar with quite fachinating view above city. Equipment at the gym is not up-to-date, sun doesn't shine at backyard because of other high buildings (perhaps in mid-summer it's different) and the water in pool is far too cold at least for me. Nice extra is the sauna next to gym.
Breakfast is just ok - nothing fancy and the same stuff every morning. Fresh fruits, bread, scrambled eggs, salsicha, juice, coffee...
I had my room at 3rd floor with a view to the alley which wasn't nice. Waitress left my window open every morning after cleaning, hence someone could have come in via roof right next to my room! That ended after informing the front desk.
