This is a former private estate with the current descendants having turned it into a welcoming and beautiful place to welcome holiday makers. The owners are very attentive, the place has charm and history and lovely decor. It is clean and located in a quiet place with a lot of trees in the forest off a dirt road a drive away from the main road. There is a large pool and al fresco lounge area. If you are looking to be at the beach itself or in a less secluded spot or if you do not have a car, this is not an ideal place for you to stay as it will be difficult to otherwise find transport to/from the property.

Room tip: Each room is unique so it depends on what you are looking for. if it concerns you, then you should discuss with the owners/managers.

A fantastic hotel, the facilities were amazing and the hosts could not do enough for you. The breakfast and evening meals were great the host cooked whatever we requested. A great pool and games room with every thing you could think plus outside courts, comfy lounge and spacious bedrooms. The setting is great - wonderful views and large expansive grounds with pools, waterfalls and numerous trails. The hosts provided a lot of local information and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Do not be put off by the difficulty of finding Sitio Arariba once there you will never regret it. Good location for visiting some fantastic beaches (the owner will tell you which are the best).

Room tip: All the rooms have a forest view
