Good location, 10-15 min walk to the centre. Small pool situated in front of the beach, restaurant with beautiful view. Breakfast average, close to the Long Beach and few other small beaches on the way there. Bear in mind that you will walk through a jungle, take some mosquito repellent. It will take 15-20 mins to walk to the beach but the views and the “jungle” is beautiful. Walk one way and take the longtail boat back for 100 bacht per person, kids go free. If you like snorkelling walk to the long beach and swim out about 150 metres to shark point to watch sharks. It is safe.
Excursions are coming to the hotel restaurant for lunches and dinners, usually lots of boats in front of the hotel but they have designated are for swimming. Although it is not great and there is lots of coral reef bits so we preferred to go to Long Beach. Also if you like snorkelling, there is nothing interesting in front of the hotel.
If you planning to hire a longtail boat, negotiate with the guys sitting under a hut to the left of the hotel restaurant. We haggled and had a longtail boat for 10 hours for 4 adults and 3 kids for 3500 bacht what was really a bargain. You decide where you go and how long do you stay.
Shop with crepes in front of the 402 bungalow is really good, crepes are really tasty, good snack for kids lunch. The bungalows are really spacious, I am not sure about the apartments.

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and thought it was an ok visit, our room was clean and tidy but the hotel needed updating. However the one thing that disappointed us was the amount of sick and injured cats/kittens surrounding our hotel. I know the island is home to loads of cats which is not a problem, but most of the cats seemed to be cared for- - large proportion wore collars, a lot were being fed, some hotels were overseeing cats that were ill and helping them bathe their eyes etc. There were lots of kittens/ young cats by our hotel that all were suffering with cat flu like symptoms and couldn't open their eyes which was heartbreaking to see as they couldn't eat or drink. After bathing some of their eyes, myself and other guests asked the hotel if they cared/overseen care for the cats and just dismissed us. I understand the cats aren't in the hotels possession and that there isn't a veterinary centre/care point on Phi Phi but it was heartbreaking to walk past every day and see animals deteriorate when they rely on humans to feed and care for them.

We stayed in Andaman beach resort 3 days and we liked it a lot. The room was nice, not perfect clean but still it was OK. In the morning we enjoyed it the big breakfast buffet and in the afternoon the swimming pool. Hotel is located straight on the beach. The hotel offers also baggage service to the pier what was perfect for 5 girls with heavy backpackers the staff were nice and friendly. Regards from Poland and Hungary

The bed was comfortable and the room a decent size, however for the price just not worth it. It's a very long walk from the main action, but the main problem was the Mosquitos! The bathroom had vents completely open to the outside, not covered with mesh or screens. Therefore whenever you opened the bathroom door there would be at least ten mosquitos in there, and we found our selves trying to run in and out very quickly to stop them getting into the bedroom. One or two did get in each time however and we spent the night trying to squash them. We also requested a checkout out of 12 instead of 11 and where charged 200Thb. Nicer hotels on Phi Phi for the same price.

The resort is set in a good location , around 10 mins from all the bars and 15 mins from beach parties with restaurants, markets and shops all on the way . It's right on a beach too (good side of the beach as well). It's about 15 mins from the pier, the hotel staff will take your bags and drop them off both ways .

We stayed in hotel room rather than bungalows, the room was clean, AC was working well and shower was fine too - no complaints whatsoever. The stairs and hall going up to the hotels were a bit dirty and not cleaned daily , most likely an issue with understaffing .

The breakfast however wasn't nice at all, very little choice of mainly different types of eggs, fried rice etc ...expected more of a choice from buffet style so while it was included we didn't eat there the last few days .

Overall a good resort, could do with some improvements . Actual rating 3.5 stars
