Clean enough place but very noisy with cockerels next door and insects outside the window. Too far out of the town as well there are better options closer to the cafes and bars. Owners were nice and the garden is pretty.

Great value for a small but comfortable bamboo hut. Fan absolutely necessary if A/C is beyond your budget.

Garden surroundings are nice, plenty of hammocks for chilling out but the heat in April can be a bit much. Thankfully, Fluid Pool is right around the corner where we spent one whole day of cooling off.

WiFi was strong in our room which was essential as we both had Skype calls and video interviews to do in preparation for a return to reality after a year on the road.

10 min walk to town which some people are complaining about. Stay in town then and pay more money..?

Can't beat it for the price. Very friendly host. Basic but cosy bamboo huts. Nice wild garden. Hammocks for you to use and extra back yard with chillshed. The small mosquitonet 'problem' is easily solved with a clip or a pin to hold the ends in place.

It took my partner and I a while to locate Rainbow House; we had made a booking by email but struggled to find it once in Pai! It is located over the stone road bridge just outside of Pai centre- very close to Fluid pool and a 10 minute walk from the town. When we finally arrived we were very happy with our bungalow. We opted for the 500B stone bungalow which was lovely- very spacious with a large veranda. The bed was very comfortable, the shower always hot and the wifi excellent. The grounds of Rainbow House were also very tranquil- a garden setting with a stream running through and views out to the paddy fields. The couple running the place are great- very friendly and welcoming. We stayed 5 nights here and were sad to leave. If we return to Pai again this will definitely be our choice of accommodation! Thank you Rainbow House for a lovely stay :)

Lovely stay with Great value!
We sadly did only spend one night at rainbow house, but this one was great. Very simple but also very clean and super quiet and relaxed place with friendly staff. Nothing left to ask for.
