The land split is ok. The story behind it is somewhat interesting.

With respect, some comments here are overly whimsical. The place is ok.

Well worth the stop on the way to the mediocre Pom bok waterfall. The land split is not the main reason to stop here, it is the farmer and his family that make this place such a joy to visit. After visiting the land split, you are sat down in a shady spot, then brought any number of delicious fruits and snacks, all produced right there on the farm. We had Rosella juice and a small bottle of Rosella wine, which was just superb. The family are a delight and a model of excellent hospitality. They ask for no payment, which is almost unheard of in this day and age. There is a donation box, so we were happy to be generous in return. We bought some Rosella to bring home and were given a handful of the best passion fruit we have ever tasted. Highly recommended if you are in Pai.

The farmers and the view are incredible. The split itself is ok. Worth a stop on the way back from the falls. I wouldn't go out of my way.

This was an amazing natural phenomena. The farmer whose property it was on gave me snacks at the end of the visit. My favorite time was discovering this.
