Superb!

My wife and I loved this place.
We had only planned on staying 2 nights in Sukhothai, but after our first night and seeing the immensity of the historic sites, we decided to stay an additional 2. The fantastic little cottages are clean and quiet with a lot of charm. The owner is really helpful and operates her business with a lot of care and attention to detail. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the laundry service and available scooter rental which we took full advantage of. The main town was only a 5 minute scooter ride away and has a great little market, some shops, restaurants, and of course dozens of ancient ruins can be found everywhere. I'm certain we would have enjoyed this part of Thailand regardless of where we stayed, but Thai Thai Sukhothai definitely made our adventure that much better!

We were quite pleased of this accommodation. The room was not large but comfortable, and the bathroom nice and spacious, if simple. Everything was spotlessly clean and well kept. Wi-fi worked quite well in the room. The staff was very nice and kind, even if the fluency in English could be improved. It was very easy to get a good bicycle to go around, and the main area of the archaeological park are at a short distance. Along the way, you can find some small restaurants who have decent Thai and Western cuisine, and look to the activities of the common people. The place is quiet but not secluded, and we were quite happy there. Coming from and going to the small airport is no problem, but you must count around one hour.

Should you ever get to travel to Sukhothai with your pet, this is the place to go - also without a pet, of course :) The little huts are equipped with lots of love, comfy beds, your own bathroom, and still enough space to put your pet to sleep on the clean floor. We especially liked the quietness despite the fact that the guesthouse is located in the middle of the city.
We visited the old Sukhothai Historical Park (which was also perfect with our dog), which is located out of town. Many attractive sights are within walking distance, though. Breakfast is simple and good. We very much enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer!

This is easily the cleanest and most atmospheric guesthouse I stayed at in Thailand. The cabin we had could've passed off as rather luxurious even in North America, yet it was only slightly more expensive than standard backpacker prices. The huts are surrounded by well-tended jungle plants and flowers and the like, and the breakfast room is very close and comfortable as well.

Location was great, and we just walked to the Old Historic Park - it's about a 15 min walk as I remember it. However, there aren't really any cheap places to eat nearby, and there's only an overpriced (5$ or so for what would cost 1$ on the street) hotel restaurant within walking distance. Not the end of the world, but, y'know.

we spent two nights there and our double room was lovely and prepared with care.
the bathroom was nice and big.
the breakfast was excellent, offering both thai and european food.
the staff was friendly, they rent bycicles and book tuk-tuk and buses for you.
a good place to stay for visiting the old city

I stayed here with my daughter- we loved the rooms..very nice and had everything we needed. The grounds are lovely...breakfast was fine...we appreciated the bicycles, which we rented to tour old sukathai. Be aware that while this spot is close to old sukathai it was 15 minute ride in a tuk-tuk to get to the new city, with more variety in restaurants and shopping. Getting a ride there and back was somewhat challenging......but I would definitely stay here again!
