For people who likes nature and good views, this is a must do! Really beautiful even when the rice paddies are brown and muddy and the sky is all white. The "500" steps are exhausting but you'll get proud of yourself after climbing them and the view is beautiful long before you reach the top. Lots of goats walking around on the surrounding mountains.

I just visit Hang Mua last week. It's around 500 steps and quite tired to go. However, the scenery from the top of mountain is wonderful. You should travel from April to June to see the rice field.

You see the stairs from far away, and might think oh no.. i sure did. It is a hard climb of 400+ steps, but worth it when you get to the top, especially if the weather is clear. For us it wasn't, but still a pretty view. The steps are very worn and uneven, both in hight and depth, please be careful when going both up and down! Remember to bring water.
There is a pretty little park just before you get up, and the mua caves are quite meh. But might aswell have a peak at then while you're there.

Two caves we saw bit if a flop but the view from the top of the stairs was amazing. Would rate you do the climb but the caves didn't appeal to me very much

Wow! You can find a few of the best views here. There are some caves aswell, but they're not very big to be honest. The main reason for a visit is the 500 step stairway up. ( well, 481 actually :D ) All the way up there you can see the river flowing with the mountains on each side, and that's a really great view. Just get up there, sit down, have a drink that you brought and just enjoy that view for a while. Beautiful :)
