We were in Suceava to go to the Painted Monasteries in the surrounding area.
We had engaged an excellent guide, Sorin Fodor, to take us for two days of touring. See paintedmonasteries.ro for more details on Sorin.
The hotel is an old-style property and our room was reasonable.
The restaurant for breakfast was adjacent to the hotel.
Wifi was really only available in the restaurant.

I changed the rooms three times before I found a cleaned one!
The hotel is located in the central of the city and that's the only thing that is good for it. The rest is a disaster. It was very cold because they don't use the heating system if the rooms are empty. And even the heating system is on maximum level, it's cold because the walls are freezing.

A modernized hotel near the heart of the city, with plenty of rooms and budget prices. The single rooms are tiny but clean and warm, with everything needed and the bathroom is OK. The double rooms are bigger, enough for two for a short stay. The rooms are quite quiet, but the running water on the adiacent rooms can be annoying.
Free WiFi is available but at the 2nd floor the signal is weak. No elevator, but that's not the biggest issue, the stairs are large and gentle.
The receptionist was very helpful and nice. The hotel have it's own parking lot.
Breakfast is served in a separate near-building, accessible from outside only, so you have to dress well to go there. It consists in a plate on demand, with limited options.
Overall a safe and OK place to stay over night.

The lady from the reception was very unpolite. The hotel doesn't have elevator and the rooms and especially the bathrooms are not so clean. It was very cold in the room. Even if the hotel is situated in the center of the town I don't recommend to stay here.
