The staff in hotel was acting like we were staying there for free. Rude and very arogant. Housekeeping manager was the only nice person there and cleanless was amazing. Reception lady put blame on us for their foult of not having parking access card, we were waiting for 30 min for person from morning shift to come and bring the card. Wifi didnt work, tried to reach reception for help, no answer. Tv almost died, it was not posible to watch and listen anything. On our check out, the same reception lady was rude again, started to fight with us. We didnt recieve any fiscal bill or anything to sign. When we asked for complain book, we have recieved plain piece of paper and pan. We will never stay in this hotel again.

This hotel has the potential to be a very good hotel. The location is on the sea front with excellent views and the apartments are large with modern fittings BUT the management has fogotten the basics that make a stay good rather than a disappointment.

The hotel is very badly managed. It was clearly built as a time-share apartment block and has good facilities in the rooms. The rooms are trendily decorated BUT there's no hot water in the shower or hand basin, no room safe, no where to put luggage and so on.

The food is simply dreadful. Breakfast is very poor and, as others have noted, served buffet style from a small cupboard. It would fail health and safety tests in most countries. The food also ran out. The staff do their best but are poorly trained, are grumpy (as would I be working with so many guests feeling disappointed) and don't seem to care. We had the misfortune of having an evening meal here. The food was barely edible - again buffet style from the 'Harry Potter' uder the stairs cupboard. Guests were bumping into each other and the food ran out. The hot food was cold and the cold food just about adequate - get there as early as possible to make sure that there is food left. We were a small tour party and another group arrive half an hour after to us when there was very little food left. Our tour company had arranged for a packed lunch to be prepared by the hotel - what a dreadful mistake. Again it was dreadful.

The area around the hotel is very run down with a lot of cheap and tatty 'grot' sellers trying to make a living.

If you do want to stay in Budva - try and find a hotl clser to the old town.

If the management put some effort into this hotel is has the potential to be good.

Thus nice plush apartments (the fur coat) but the basics don't come up to even the most basic expectations (no knickers).

A restaurant with spectacular views but buffet served in a space the size of a cupboard. The staff were totally disorganised and the food was not very good either. The bathrooms stylish but no surface to put anything. Very poor service generally. Avoid room 23 it is over the generator

The scenes from the top floor of this hotel are spectacular!
However, the standard of service and attitude remains quite poor, unfortunately.
We arrived at the late afternoon and had some nice drinks in our mind. We had to wait for the waiter for ages (about 20 minutes). When the waitress arrived she just was happy with some simple orders, not with any cocktails. As the waitress, really didn’t understand our orders (and we had a printed drink menu to show her) we decided to just have a glass of wine.
Never had this poor service! I can’t recommend!!!

We stayed 3 days in tre calle. The staff was really kind and helpfull. In the rooms there is a little kitchen so u can have a hot meal with vine:) the hotels location is really good no need to use any vehicle. We took a taxi to go becici and cost 5 euro. The old town and castle are near. The breakfast was good for me. Fruits were delicious
