I have stayed in this hotel at least 20 times in past 2 years. That speaks of volumes about the hotel .The location is excellent, staff are very friendly and co operative.Sarrounding the hotel you have got a fine shopping centre.Rooms are excellent ,well maintained and prompt service. All very smart staff responding immediatly to your requests .Lounge and restorents extreemly good. But food quality just ok.How ever i would like to touch upon certain things which requires some improvements
1.0 Bath rooms shall have health fossets,Buckets
2.0 Quality of food needs to be improved
3.0 Taxi hiring is very expensive
4.0 Wi-Fi connection shall be given free
5.0 2 liters of mineral water should be given considering summer and for usage of coffee making m/c
One more biggest disadvantage of this hotel is there is no metro station near by.Hotel may consider operating a cab or bus every 30 minutes to/from nehru place or kalkaji station.
other wise hotel stay is comfortable

Room Tip: Take rooms at higher floors

Location not excellent. There's not much around and you will need to spend to go to the centre. Then again, booking a Taxi for 8 hours or (80 kms) would cost you just 20 pounds. You will a taxi for everything and will be compelled to ask the hotel to call you one as there is no taxi rank next door.

Restaurants are very expensive by Indian standards - but Seven serves excellent Indian food (try the crispy okra and lotus root). A dish will set you around 10 pounds but loads of taxes are added afterwards.

Breakfast is quite basic. The pastry is horrible, the cold cuts just edible (try the lamb salami-I still can't figure it out!), and the rest (which is not much) just about ok.

Rooms are ok on first floor (renovated rooms). Beds are very comfortable. The place is clean.

Staff: some are helpful, others are not. You will experience extremes but the fact is that most of the guys do not know the surroundings well or do not know the places you want to go to due to difference in lifestyles.

Spa, pool & Hammam: my friend tried these out and would recommend. But beware of steep prices (where applicable)

Room Tip: The first floor consists of freshly renovated rooms.

Had a good greeting from the staff on our arrival and keys were handed out quickly. If you dont smoke, ask for a non smoking floor.A nice room with plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. rooms have hair dryers and lots of other extras, including a safe, also good lighting. The dinning room was used by lots of groups, so go early, although its open 24 hours it can get very congested, due to the layout. The food was one of the best selections we have seen, loads of salads, and so many sweets to choose from. All covered here. Seervice in the restaurant can be a bit slow. Nice hotel. Sun bathing if you have time is all new. Not many sun beds though.

Room Tip: ASk whether smoking or non smoking

Hotel is modern(ish) but needs maintenance to bring it to a decent quality. No smoking area (even though you die of pollution when you step outside) but the service was not bad. Handy location for my business needs but otherwise would not stay a second time. Becoming a package tourist hotel which does not bode well for service levels.

Room Tip: ask for upgrade

We stayed for 3 nights as part of our Golden Triangle tour. This was the only poor hotel we stayed in for tthree main reasons
1. The food and drinks prices were silly in comparison to the others - example 2 small cups of tea (no refils) £6.50, Small diet Pepsi £2.50. There were other examples.
2. The food was tepid and we watched them poor new hot food on top of older, hours old stuff (and give is a stir around for good measure). They could really benefit from a visit by a British Environmental Health officer!! We stayed clear of the fruit and salad for obvious reasons, but others in our tour party came down with D & V by the end of our stay. What a surprise.
3. The staff did not appear friendly or at all welcoming. We compare this to the 5 other hotels we stayed with over the 3 week tour (same grade) and we give the Suryaa teh thumbs down

On the plus point, the room was nice and comfy, and people who used the pool said it was OK. Otherwise, not a lot going for it.

Room Tip: Higher floor, but this academic as we would not recommend it to you.
