The location in the Sultanpur area is a bit downmarket, but convenient for visiting the Gurgaon/South Delhi area. The metro station is a 5 minute walk away.The inside of the hotel, however, is opulent.

I got a suite at $130 which consisted of a Bed, living area, and a cooking area with a bar table, kitchen sink, microwave, tea/coffee maker, fridge, crockery and cutlery. There was also a flat TV that could be made to face either the bed or the living area. the bathroom had a seperate shower cubicle, hair dryer and lots of bath accessories.

The room was very clean, apart from it's large size. The hotel has a large gym, and there's adequate parking space around the hotel.

The hotel seems to be used mostly by Japanese guests on extended stays, which explains the Japanese signages in the rooms, Japanese options on the breakfast menu, Japanese style seating in one portion of the dining room, the overwhelming majority of Japanese guests in the hotel, and the fact that many of the hotel staff speak Japanese.

Overall roomy, comfortable and convenient.

Good hotel. Room is clean and internet connection works well, although it takes some costs. Hotel staffs are freiendly and well treained. Japanese guests may feel more comfortable because some of them speak fluent Japanese. Restaurant is not passable, only Japanese foods are available (we wish Indial foods!). I tried the swimming pool but gave up because of too cold water. The hotel locates southern suburb area of Delhi, so it may feel some difficulty to find shops & restaurants outside hotel. It takes 30 min to reach to the city center.

Whilst the Courtyard is situated in the suburb of Gurgaon it is located just a 10 minute walk from the brand new Delhi metro which offers an excellent cheap and convenient way of exploring the whole Delhi city area.
The hotel itself is of excellent quality and unusually for an Indian hotel is very quiet at nights given that it is situated on a roadside (no traffic horns etc)
Will definitely use it again when visiting Delhi

The Hotel are designed like service apartments and have sizeable rooms that have ample space for guests. They have been done up very aesthetically in contemporary style and very utilitarian;

The Breakfast Buffet however does not live up to this standard, though ala carte meals are ok;

The Hotel is a little off the main road though and can be difficult to locate;

I and my wife went with my brother in law family, the room AC temperature was stuck to 30/35 deg. water was at 40 deg for bathing, if you go to swimming, the water temperature in morning is 10deg. It not worth paying for 1 day Rs. 4500. The hotel doesn't even had a knowledge for the same above all they don't know the tourist info too. Else the food quality was good.
I will not recommend this hotel in future.

Plus points - Its a small business class hotel with a neat & simplistic decor, all modern facilities. The lobby is pretty nice and the pool is good too. All in all -- Good for a short stay in delhi.

Minus points - the location is hard to find, and also far off from any kinda eatout joint / recreational activities, the cab service is expensive and they have only one restaurant which also turned out to be pretty heavy on the wallet. When you stay here you've no option but to eat there, because everything else is far and you'll end up spending more on travelling. The food also was quite okay.
