It’s really good 3* property we loved to stay their only location was not good the main entry street very poor very uncomfortable , otherwise the rooms are good and staff was very cooperative and very helpful

Room Tip: Good but light is too dim in all rooms that is problem

Stay was not very comfortable, rooms were not very clean and could have been better in terms of cleanliness, maintained and without mosquitoes.
Breakfast was served in the room itself no dining available in the Hotel

We regret the inconvenience caused during your stay. Please consider the issue of cleanliness as an off case, as it is one of our highlights. Regular measures are taken to ensure that the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel are maintained; however, yours must have been an off case. Measures have been taken to ensure that such situations do not arise in future. Also, post your feedback, the hotel has gone under pest control session and the issue of mosquitoes has been resolved. Further, as of now, we do not have an in-house restaurant in our hotel; however, we look forward to incorporating one soon. We are tirelessly working to improve our services to ensure an amiable hospitality to all our guests. Hope you would give us another chance to serve you better.

It is too backside & in uncleaned street. There is no balcony or window in any rooms. I have recently visited in Feb 2018 at Feb Hotel Laiba (Jogeshwari) which is more preferable then Adlon. So we will not choose it for our next trip.

We are concerned to note the dissatisfaction you had. Please consider the issue of cleanliness as an off case, as it is one of our highlights. Regular measures are taken to ensure that the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel are maintained; however, yours must have been an off case. Please be assured that Measures have been taken and such lapses in service will not occur again. Also, we are in the process of refurbishing the hotel complex that would also include implementing windows, grilles and exhaust ducts so as to improve the ventilation in rooms. We are tirelessly working to improve our services to ensure an amiable hospitality to all our guests. Hope you would give us another chance to serve you better.

Rooms are very small. There was network issue inside the hotel. There should be offline booking facility available at the hotel. Only online process is not acceptable. It was hard to find the location of the hotel.

Though you may find the rooms a little compact at this hotel, they are at par than an average budget hotel room in Mumbai. The issue of the mobile network is certainly not in our hand. The signal strength varies amongst service providers. For easy accessibility, prominent hotel branding has already been done and all hotels are listed down on Google Maps. Your feedback about the offline booking facility has been noted and passed on to the concerned department. This hotel is conveniently located to both domestic and international airports.
The hotel was a bit difficult to locate given its not well known to taxi drivers. They didn't answer repeated calls to enroute.

The hotel is at the end of a lane and looks a bit dodgy. Given my stay was for only 1 night and I was checking in late I managed. However wouldn't recommend it to solo female travelers as it is off the main road and not certain about the security situation.

The mobile network is not good and the room amenities are basic. The bath towels need a good wash as there were stains on them.

The bed is comfortable. Didn't stay got breakfast. They arranged a taxi for pickup the following.

This hotel is good for budget travelers.
