Found the hotel through MMT... Didn't expect to be a great place considering the price, however it exceeded my expectations. However there was initial confusion on the reservation as the reservation came through MMT, but a lady attendant/ Manager (?), said her name is Sangeeta, cleared the confusion and then on I thought the hotel merit a proper commendation. The place is clean, food is great and the service meritorious. Overall it was a memorable experience and I highly recommend it anyone visiting Jaipur.

I recently booked a family room for my parents who were lately visiting Jaipur for a day. The only reason to finalise this hotel was a big family room (to accomodate 4 adults) & it's pure vegetarian restaurant. In a hurry I booked this hotel(was on deal at makemytrip) but apparently the decision was regreted!

The family room was on a higher floor and when my family reached there (at 2 pm) the lift was not operational (due to electricity cuts). Since they were travelling with my 1 year old baby, the hotel staff was courteous enough to offer a temporary room for changing. Two stars for that only!

Checkin was quick; The Family room was big enough to accomodate 4 adults was an average room (nothing worth mentioning).

The worst experience started in the night when there was a group of teenage guys and girls smoking and talking/singing loudly which clearly disturbed till late night. The cigarette smoke (since we are strictly non-smokers) was literally unbearable in the rooms. Still after multiple complains to the management, things could not be controlled and staff seemed helpless. Had the staff informed this earlier I would have never made booking here!

During Check out Next day , they tried compensating with not charging with Tea/Coffee as a gesture which is kind of appreciated..

All in all:
Staff: 4/5
Stay experience: 1/5

Final verdict: Pay a little extra and get a better place if travelling with family.

Room tip: Better avoid the place

I have been traveling to Jaipur for official as well as family purpose. I have witnessed the changes and improvements done in the property over the years. The most recent ones includes a new elevator automatic one replaced with the old one which I have been suggesting the management since last couple of years, starting a bar cum lounge which would add a feather to the cap.
During my latest visit I came to know that they are renovating their restaurant in an ethnic Rajasthani style which I am sure would be a great point of attraction to the foreign travellers.
Their food has always been a plus point, homely, fresh and above all pure vegetarian.
Rooms are decent with all the facilities one would require.
All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.
