Awesome, its complete value for money, breakfast is too good, staff is polite, ambience is fantastic, their rooftop restaurant is awesome. Rooms are good, location is good.
For North Indians, Moti Mahal Restaurant is not far from the hotel, and the food is too good.

Room Tip: Must stay, completely value for money

We enjoyed this lovely local hotel with nice rooms and common spaces, especially the rooftop, open air restaurant and bar with delicious food and a chance to enjoy the warm Indian air. Rooms were large, bathrooms were nice, and outdoor spaces were very nice.

stayed their on business trip in a sharing room on 6th Floor.
Hotel is well maintained and meets all expectations.
Board room arrangements were also as per standard.
They have buffet for all meals. For breakfast though, the live counter was dishing out only south indian delicacies. They may be having north india dishes on live kitchen too, but the staff never offered me. Breakfast and lunch service was pretty busy with a few mix up or missing out of orders to servers.
Fruit plate is on demand so you need to call room service every time you need it. First day the minibar was empty, but it was filled on the next day.
I had asked for a packed breakfast at 4.30am which was confirmed on call by Reception. At checkout, in hurry, i didnt ask the staff and neither did they prompt about packed breakfast been ready. I realised in on the way to the airport, by then it was late already,
Good Bathroom amenities.

Room Tip: Room on top floor can get noise and vibrations from the rooftop poolside lounge.

Large comfortable rooms. "special price" was 7500 rs per night which is a bit steep but the vicinity seemed nice enough.
The south indian restaurant Madras was superb and was actually a lot cheaper for similar hotel restaurants.
