We stayed in this hotel for 1day, difficult to find the lift to the shore hotel. All instruction is to other hotel(the Swiss garden hotel). The poor management.will feel a bit angry.
By the way hotel interior design is good for family trip. 3 room apartment. Air conditioning is good condition.

We have a hard time locating the so called hotel lobby after we parked our cars, it's located at Swiss Garden Hotel Tower ground floor that facing a drop off point. It's looks more like a information counter to us, you need to make full payment before check-in and 100RM as deposit. A so called housekeeping staff accompany us up to our apartment but she also lost her way, please always remember to look for Tower 3A whereby the Shore Hotel is located. The 3 bedrooms apartment looks spacious and clean, comes with kitchenette and big fridge, bedrooms are quite bare, only got beds and cupboards, no dressing table or chairs. One of the bulb at Master bedroom's toilet was flicking but was told by the housekeeping staff that we have to complain at the hotel lobby to get it replace as there's no telephone at the apartment. Don't expect to get a good view from the balcony, it's directly facing the opposite tower, you may only get some good view on the left side. The worst is the 3 noisy air-con compressors blowing the hot air around the balcony, you will feel like sauna. The air-con in the apartment is cooling, regardless living room or bedrooms. There's a 3 level shopping mall below the apartment, there's even a TANGS department store selling some swag stuffs. You can try Sake Sushi restaurant if you like Japanese food, the price is 3 times cheaper than Singapore, it's a steal. You can walk 5mins to nearby coffee shop for the local food or go by the wooden bridge along the river to another coffee shop. We may or may not be back again unless got improvement.

Room tip: Swiss Garden Hotel better.

beautiful, modern yet.... not worth with the price

We came with big group of 6 adults including my parent and uncle their age > 60 to stay 3D2N in 3 rooms- apartment. It cost around RM600 after add up others extra charge per night. It is kind of pricey if compare with others homestay near by where you can easily get it < RM400 per night in better location. Well, the reason I choose to stay here was attracted by the modern interior design, it is new and clean , my old people shall able to have a pleasant rest in it. The facility is fantastic especially high floor swimming pool, and the location is not that bad. Over all it was still a nice stay to us, we understand we are renting an apartment instead of suite in hotel, we did not set high expectation to have room service/tower change. Anyhow it would be perfect if they can do something on the down side we experienced during our stay.

Thumbs up:
- Interior design is modern, spacious, minimal, new which attracted me to try it out
- Very clean, air-cond working very well
- The facilities (gym, basket ball court,..) swimming pool - you would absolutely love it.
- Location is kind of center to major tourist attractions, but if you are travel with kids or old people, it is tire for them to walk around. it takes about 10-15 mins to walk to jonker street.

Thumbs down :
- Same as some comment - the parking, reception is kind of confused. If you are travel in group with cars, it is better to drop the "boss" in the reception counter to check-in, then drive rounding the mall again to their car park which is just before their reception office. The dedicated car park is from floor 3A onward. Folks in car can wait continue wait in car and tell "boss" where your car location so that the staff can go to meet you all and lead the way to your apartment together with luggage. The correct lift you need to take is depends on which tower you stay. It would be helpful if they can provide us a simple map/direction of the mall and also towers we are staying when we check-in. Especially the entrance to lift.
- Pillow is way too soft!! I can't even feel it after i put my head on. We bought 1 for my father in 2nd day from the mall below, cause he couldn't get into sleep at all in 1st night
- Only 1 small dust bin in kitchen, it is not enough for us to throw our take away street snack packing or left over.
- It would be good if they provide dish detergent + sponge and kitchen cloth, we need to use the provided bath gel to wash our used plate/bowl with bare hand. It was awful
- No cloth hanger provided in their beautiful build in wardrobe. It is kind of "what~?"
- Only provided 6 bottles of 500ml mineral in 1st day, no re-fill in 2nd day.
- It would be good if they can provide complimentary coffee/tea sachet. There is elec kettle provided, we can make some hot drink in the morning with it.
- No wifi

Take Notes :

- The rooms all installed with air cond, no fan. No way to have fresh air flow into the rooms unless you keep your balcony door open. Unfortunately all air cond compressor are installed just right in your balcony. So bassically you would rather shut the balcony door up to stop the hot air flow in. Well look at the bright side, your swim suite/cloth get dry instantly when rinse in balcony. But again, NO hanger provided.... wth
- The Shore residence is sharing swimming pool facility with Swiss Garden which just next block of The shore. The indoor swimming pool they put on their profile website is actually only for Swiss Garden customer.
- Same to the sky tower photo that they put in their website, you need to pay RM18 entrace fee per pax if you want to have skyview at Melaka in the tallest building in Melaka.

We stayed at 3 room apartment. The lobby is quite difficult to locate. The apartment look normal and not as nice as shown on the Internet. Both of the toilets are not properly clean and there is a pool of water on the floor at one of the toilet. There is one small bin only for the whole apartment. No wifi. The amenities are v simple, bath gel and toothbrush/paste set. There is hair dryer though. Quite easy to access to the shopping mall below. Overall a cheap stay for family trip. The lobby staffs are friendly.

Very new and clean 3 rooms apartment at The Shore Mall. Sharing same kids pool with swiss garden. Very nice pool. Cannot expect 5 stars service because is service residence. Parking is a bit difficult to allocate. No wifi, no house keeping at night, no security guard, TV not many channels, washing machine haven't install properly, lobby is miles away from the apartment. Suitable for big group.
