We love this restaurant and visit often. JC is the server we always ask for. The food is fabulous and JC is phenomenal! Our weekly visits are worth the time and money!

We were driving from Destin FL to Tennessee and had our Lunch on the way. There salad and breads are too good but main course was having loads of cheese. Felt average

After a long 750 mile day of driving, I was looking for something light & somewhat healthy. It had been awhile since I had OG/Olive Gardens soup/salad and breadstick combo. Pasta Fagioli soup,
Yum-O. BF had spaghetti & meatballs and said it was tasty. Service was good.

Sunday, 5 May 2018, 6PM, somewhat crowded. My party of 11 was seated and given menus. A few minutes later the waitress asked for our drink orders. I ordered ice tea with lemon and several others said"same here or same". The waitress then said that there were no lemons and there had been none since they opened that day. Late spring/early summer in the deep South, hot as blazes and a seemingly popular restaurant has no lemons for the most popular drink. No alternative packages of lemon juice available. A few minutes later, a manager came strolling by and asked how things were going. I presented the lemon situation and he retold the no lemons today story. I recommended that he drive about 5 minutes up the street to a grocery store and obtain some lemons. He said it was corporate policy to use only foods provided by their vendor, then turned his back and walked away. No "I'm very sorry" no nothing, just walked away. As far as the service, it was very efficient. The food was the same Olive Garden fare. Why were we not told that there were no lemons for the tea when we made reservations? Why was there not a sign posted at the entrance saying there were no lemons? Poor management! There are a variety of restaurants, some equal and some superior, within 3 minutes of this OG restaurant. Why wait until the guests are seated to announce the inadequacy? The waitress did say that several groups had left when informed and there were definitely many dissatisfied customers. Perhaps that is why a sign was not posted and the manager was such a jerk.

This is simply a typical Olive Garden, although it is rather outdated and needs refurbished. It is also in need of cleaning. The wait staff is excellent. Very friendly and professional.
