A Good Property at Nice location. But very far from Airport/ Railway. Rooms are very cozy and front office staff are very rude in terms of behavior. They understand reasonably good English but not ready to help.

Breakfast serves here means only for Non Vegetarians, as for Vegetarians there are only few options. Restaurant at upper floor are not spacious to accommodate the full hotel capacity.

There are some Good Indian Restaurants Like Bollywood Indian, which is ultimate in terms of variety and hospitality but little far from this Hotel. Other wise there are some super markets to provide you basic things but every where language problem is big.

Not really central to anywhere. Starbucks was across the road thankfully with a small group of local and western cuisines and of course 711. our room was small and had obviously not been vacuumed for a long time as evidenced by the the mess on the floor and the thick dust layer around the walls. Air conditioner set to 25 degrees and could not be set cooler, window could be opened but smoggy and smelly outside. Bathroom was small but clean. Free wifi OK like everywhere else in China it drops out for no reason. Breakfast was fair a mix of Asian and Western foods, not a large variety for this size hotel-I did expect more. Staff lazy- started to clear a table for breakfast and when we walked up to it he left and we finished clearing it so we would have a table. Pool closed for winter? Gym small and barely adequate. Very, very average. Would really not recommend.

A well maintained and average size room hotel. Situated at pudong district so bit far from action zone of Shanghai . Staff is good and knows basic English so it can be helpful . No options in breakfast for Pure Veggies so better to carry your own edibles. For Indian food there is a Bollywood Indian restaurant located 2 kms from the hotel . For basic needs these is a Seven Departmental Store infront of hotel. Starbucks is also there so you can enjoy the coffee there .

Nice hotel but no indian restaurant nearby. Closest option is seven (departmental store) & Starbucks located just across the road. Breakfast no vegetarian option so have to settle with fruits.. Rooms are decent

I have stayed literally hundreds of nights at Regal hotels. All of them in Hong Kong.
And I booked an exective club floor in this hotel..
Well, what do you get for the extra cost. Private check in, like the other Regal hotels...Nope.
Club lounge? It is the coffee bar in the main lobby, and there is nothing free. 40rmb for a coffee. None of the no charge drinks, snacks , or cocktail hours that they advertise when you book, and which their other locations provide.
This is an absolute rippoff, advertising something they do not plan to provide....and charging for it.
Do not book the club floor in this hotel...
The good news is the staff was very good and efficient, courteous when telling me that they did not provide anything they offered.
I am so dissapointed about this experience.

the hotel is kind of dated but everything works alright
some receptionist staff are very friendly and willing to help, others simply don't
the breakfast buffet is massive and again it is very crowed during breakfast time
the WIFI is not good
