Buffet breakfast was great. English is tricky but we were able to overcome this with our translate app on a couple of occasions. The room was large and clean. There is a supermarket close by and also a small mall within walking distance. Good business hotel and well situated.

Buffet breakfast was very good. English was barely understood by most of the staff, so communication was tricky but not impossible. The hotel feels like it is still in the 1920s and I'm not sure if that was by accident or by design, but either way it is a really nice environment. Great value for money.
Wouldn't allow early checking without purchasing a breakfast package, so spend a few hours in the bar on the ground floor, but that was the only negative.
Excellent location for shopping on Nanjing Road.

Besides the spacious room, this hotel is near Nanjing Road of Shanghai, a bustling commercial straight street that you can shop and eat.

The breakfast was great, I have a good conversation with one of the Brazilian cook from Sao Paulo, discussing pao de queijo.

We were on a business trip for three days so it was indeed a pleasure to have been upgraded to an executive suite. The hotel was lovely and at a great location. The rooms were beautiful. The gym was well equipped and you top it all it was located very centrally. We loved out stay there. The breakfast could defiantly use more variety.

I visited this Hotel with a group of 24 guests coming from Lebanon for a cultural Tour for three nights.
The Rooms are very nice and large. Beds are very comfortable and toilets well equipped .
The lobby is a nice place to relax and spend sometimes. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of the animated city, 10 minutes walk to the Bund on Nanjing Street.
At the reception the staff is trying to be friendly but you have to wait most of the time to reach the staff as the hotel is very crowded and only 2 persons are here to help.
Fantastic breakfast choice of excellent quality ....
