When we booked this hotel it was listed as an 'airport hotel'. It certainly wasn't as we spent nearly 45 minutes on highways to get there from Pudong Airport!
The hotel itself was pretty nice but even our taxi driver had trouble finding it.
There was only one person as the desk who spoke English, which was pretty frustrating when one of the maids decides to crush empty water bottles outside of our room at 3am. We had to explain to her using our hands why this was a bad idea to do so late!
Why they have their cleaning crew making lots of noise near the rooms in the middle of the night is beyond me.
The beds were comfy but I would definitely book somewhere more central in the city or somewhere near the airport.More
