Me and my friends wanted to go out of the City so we decided to go Sarchi. This is where the Painted Oxcarts are done. There are beautiful workshops where is possible to buy giveaways for the family. Anyway, we made a stop at Else Botanical Garden and ask the manager is it was possible to have lunch there; he told us is OK, but we had to bring our own food because they dont have a restaurant. I cant remember when was the last time I went on a picnic. It was great! We had an awesome time there. Facilities are excellent, trails are well maintain and staff is very friendly.

The garden exist less than 10 years but it looks much older! It is carefully designed, with so many interesting plants, mostly from Costa Rica and tropics. Nice place to spend a few hours ar whole day! Even with children as there are nice playgrounds and also nice spots for a rest or small picknic...
Plants are also for sale and there are cultural events organized...
