This was a truly beautiful hotel. Our room - and I think all rooms - have a phenomenal view of the ocean from high up on the hill. The infinity pool was wonderful, and the restaurant served great food.
We went in the rainy season, and an area of flooring on the main/lower/restaurant floor flooded - so drainage or rain doesn't affect your enjoyment of the hotel. The other downside was the A/C.
The room itself was minimalistic, and had a private balcony. We couldn't get it cold enough - apparently the room temperature will only fluctuate a couple of degrees - luckily we acclimatized after a couple of days.
There are two ways to get to the town: Walk down a windy backroad (fun), or take the regular shuttle. All in all, it was good stay; next time we'd probably stay closer to the beach.More
