The restaurant is a good place for meetings, it usually has empty tables and free wifi.

Bagels are average and sometimes not fresh.

We came here for lunch, change from the usual Subs, KFC, etc and found the food and service good. Friends had the bagels and said they were nice
Really liked the wrap, and the black coffee. I would recommend for lunch.I also like they put the calorie count on the tray paper.
We also tried the Rohrmoser outlet, when I had a complete. Good.
I think there are also 3 other outlets in San Jose, according to the leaflet I picked up.

i order a bagel with cream cheese and banana bread.... the bagel was hard it was not fresh.... the banana bread was old and dry...... ordered a black coffee and it came with milk at least they changed that....my overall experience is this place is terrible and should not be recommened on trip advisor......not the first time i have given this place a try but it will be the last they just cannot get it right ...

they server you day old bagels and try to say they were fresh they toast it so they can try to trick you..... when i talked to the lady to explain she gave me a attitude and said no english...

just overall bad and very pricey for not being abe to eat my food... it cost $12.00 dollars for a bagel that was old and hard... the banana bread dried out and small.... the coffee was $4.00 for a black coffee .......

very bad and very expensive......

It's a Bagelman's! What do you expect. Free Wifi. There is an English book lending library upstairs at the Escazu branch.

Bagels are hard to come by in Costa Rica. Not the norm here, you can search far and wide and never come across this tasty bread.

When Bagelmans first opened I made beeline for the store and am happy to say they make a pretty good bagel. This is a franchise and a few have sprouted up since the first one. They have all the bagels you may be used to seeing in the USA, all the flavored cream cheese, and they also make a mean sandwich.

In short, if you love bagels like I do, then this is about the only place to score them. Absolutely worth the trip.
Cheers
