36 Anniversary could not have been spent with better caring kind and lovely staff at the Radisson San Jose. Great friendly Breakfast Staff, tips were included, but I still TIPPED more, because they are great.
Room tip: They go the extra mile to make you comfortable, welcomed and satisfied.

We stayed for one night after arriving in San Jose. We got a taxi from the airport, which took about half an hour to get to the hotel. The hotel is really big and spacious, the rooms were comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely pool area outside where we could relax with drinks from the bar.

Our room was filthy with stained carpet and furniture. Window was caked with something splashed on the inside pane. Drapes were filthy and half hanging off the rod. Furnishings need replacement. Room reeked of mold. Beds were fine. AC worked well.
Room tip: Ask for a room without carpeting and one that has been updated.

Hotel Good location friendly staff does what you need before going to airport, comfortable beds, if time for dinner a must is to visit Cafe Rojo just up the road amazing beautiful fresh food lovely friendly service a must visit a gem of a restaurant so pleased we did before our flight back to London.

Great location as you can walk into San Jose. The breakfast was good and my daughters loved the yoghurt drink. The only negative was the pool was freezing and to cold to enjoy. This was a shame after our long flight. The rooms were nice and had 2 large beds.
