My wife and I went out on a charter for halibut and rockfish with Captain Greg based on a recommendation from some locals in Sterling, where we were staying. We had an amazing time and caught a bunch of fish. Capt. Greg and his deck hand made were both friendly and fun, and they did all the work to make sure everyone could enjoy their day and fish. We both limited out and got some great photos.

I highly recommend the combo package (halibut and rockfish), not only for the fish but also for the sightseeing and amazing views of the Alaskan coast. I will definitely be returning to fish with Capt. Greg again.

We loved this place and the hospitality of Sheila and Greg was out standing. The first night Sheila made Halibut Tacos which were "out of this world". The lodging was a rustic cabin with all the amenities you would need. The next day we went fishing with Greg and he was a very experienced and knowledgeable fisherman. We all caught our limits for Halibut with one being 42 inches. Had a lot of fun and laughs on this trip with my sun and Capt. Greg. We would definitely come back here and will recommend this place to any of my friends or acquaintances that are planning a trip to Homer.

We'd always thought it would be fun to go to Alaska. Sheila and Greg (Captain North)made our trip. We enjoyed their cool cabins, expertise of the area and Spit and caught fish like crazy. So glad we pulled the trigger and joined them in their amazing place up North! We will be going back to Arctic Sun :)

Lodging is basic, clean, and adequate. Hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Fished with Captain Greg (one of the owners) on the Arctic Sun. First class adventure and boat. Our third trip and will be doing more. Captain Greg knows where the fish are and we limited out again both days.

Room tip: Enjoy the fire pit between buildings.

Fantastic!! Great time fishing & great accommodations! I would recommend this to everyone!

Captain & Sheila were so fun and friendly. The cabin was clean & sitting around the campfire with all the guests & Greg & Sheila was a blast!
