The tourist information desk advised us of the availability of free wifi at the library, which has late night opening until 20.00 certain nights. The librarian gave us an information leaflet on the wifi and there are desktop computers for those without their mobile devices. You can enjoy the harbour view from comfy seats as you check your emails. As it's a community library be sure to leave a donation in the piggy bank on the counter as you will be saving a small fortune by not paying for the Internet access on a cruise ship.

We were on a cruise which stopped in Juneau. After a walk round the town in the rain a very helpful, first nations person told us to visit the library he could see were lost., cold and wet. the library was so well presented. The pretty glass window was a highlight of the building. The history of the area was displayed on the walls which was informative to those of us who are ignorant to Juneau's history. Free wifi was very helpful to travelers.

A great library! The library is a haven in on a rainy day. There is lots of parking and easy to get in and out of. It's next to the harbor, so we were able to walk under the temporary canopy from our ship.

We stopped in to the Juneau Public Library when our cruise ship stopped in Juneau. The library is right on the water a short walk from the pier. I appreciate that the librarians and staff of the library recognize that cruise guests might need to "connect" and check emails and they allowed this with a smile. It was a beautiful library and I'm sure, a huge educational hub for the City of Juneau.
