The rooms, furniture and all facilities are very nice and comfortable, designed in a wonderful tyrolean style. Everything has been very clean. The restaurant, cafe, the wine cellar, the lobby... and just all facilities... are wonderfully designed... The place was very quiet at the time of my stay. Given the fact that I was visiting during off-season... the breakfast was not as nice as I heard it is in full season.. Also, the interactions with the staff could have been a little nicer...
But on the whole, it was very nice and I would stay there again...

Lovely place! Nice ,spacious room ! Nice winecellar!
Everything was nice excepting meals! Food was fresh but tasteless and low quality for a 4 star. For a 5 star is a disaster!
Staff is polite , but slow and ineffective!

We had the room in the picture. It was a room with a special design, very large bathroom and between the concrete ceiling and the background wall there it is a glass ceiling. You can see the stars in a clear night.
They have a very nice SPA centre without a swimming pool.
The hotel is clean and with large spaces, the walls are covered with wood, thick carpets.
But the good things are stop here.
Front desk services are poor, no concierge, front desk manager is impolite - very disappointed.
They have two restaurants too expensive for what they offer and for that reason are empty. The good part is that the hotel is near the centre (10 min walk) so you can have the dinner out.

Biggest problem is with the classification.

Picture of the room not realistic. Maybe it's the best room. Room rather old then classic. Small tv.

Recommended price 45-50 euro.

Reception stuff unprepared, they didn't knew if they have 4 strars rooms also.

It's not so bad, don't get me wrong, it looks very clean.

Hotel has great location, just 5 minutes walking from the city center, and huge parking.
Same evening we reached, there was a wedding in the hotel and restaurant was close. Young girl at the reception with poor English was trying her best to check us in but from what I could make out she was new and couldn't really manage anything. Like I said restaurant was close for the wedding but they were still taking orders so we decided to stay in the hotel and eat there. Eventually, waiter didn't even come to us to take an order so we went to eat outside.
There was no porterage service which should be there in the 5**** hotel.
Our room was spacious and nicely decorated however with very limited toilettries. Tea-coffee facilities were in the room.
As I understood hotel wasn't fully booked but next morning breakfast was wide spread out in the restaurant therefore it was difficult to find anything. There was no staff at the breakfast.
We spent only one night in this hotel and we had to pay next morning. We didn't have Romanian currency only Euros and Dollars but they refused to take it even though before that we paid everywhere by foreign currency. Somehow we managed to get it and we were quite happy to leave this property.
Not worth 5***** and not recommendable property.
