We really appreciated our stay in bin kaya hotel. Everybody paid attention to the guest satisfaction and make sure that you spend good time. this is small enough to have a personnal attention. Brekfact is great and up to 11 am :-)... I advise to book at least three nights otherwise you will regret to leave that early !... You will not miss Christophe for sure and will not regret neither if you stay for diner... for sure this is a place to stay when you go in this area...enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful stay here - BinKaya is very conveniently sited in the middle of Dalyan; food was excellent; and in particular we were made to feel very welcome by Christophe, Funda and their staff. Small size (13 rooms) and a friendly environment. Aircon was a blessing in mid August. We slept very well - couldn't hear anything except the call for prayers and the market being set up on Friday night. Overall highly recommended - we do want to return

We have just returned from two utterly blissful weeks at the Bin Kaya hotel in Dalyan. We booked based on the stunning reviews already posted here, as did many of our fellow holidaymakers we spoke to during our stay. With such superlative reviews already, it was only natural to have even higher expectations for the Bin Kaya, but even these were exceeded at every corner.

Christophe and Funda are charming, witty, generous, always willing to help and will go that extra mile to make sure your holiday is one you will never forget. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean; our room was light, spacious and airy with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the front facade. It was tastefully decorated and the individuality of the public areas is another charming feature. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day.

Breakfast provides one of the highlights of your stay at Bin Kaya. Always slightly different, the choice is wonderful and as someone who normally loathes breakfast, I surprised myself by happily munching and nibbling at the various delights for well over an hour each day. Funda is an excellent cook and if you have the opportunity to eat an evening meal at the Bin Kaya, you should take it up as you will not be disappointed. Her apple pie is wonderful!!

Overall we can only re-iterate what has already been posted here many times. This boutique hotel is an absolute must for anyone wanting to visit Dalyan. The hotel has all mod cons but to be honest that isn't the point or purpose of the Bin Kaya. If you are looking for somwhere to completely relax and escape from the stresses of work and pressures of the outside world then this is the place for you. We cannot wait to visit the Bin Kaya again as soon as possible.

Stayed for a week in August with my son and absolutely cannot fault this small boutique hotel. Christophe and Funda are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble.
Breakfast is excellent under the shade by the pool and it is truly a little oasis of calm and cool right in the middle of the town.
Rooms are functional without being luxurious and the bed was a little hard but that's just being picky...overall it was first-rate and we will return!

Returning somewhere for a second time is often fraught with danger, but we enjoyed our stay at Binkaya even more the second time than we did the first. Christophe and Funda, our superb hosts, continue to enable this charming small hotel to punch well above its weight. The pool area remains a quiet haven even though the hotel is at the heart of bustling Dalyan. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast remains a highlight of the day, and if you can ignore the huge variety of options for an evening meal elsewhere in town, Binkaya will equal or better anything you may be served in another restaurant. If you are thinking of the Aegean Coast then Dalyan is a good option. If you visit Dalyan you have to stay at Binkaya.

Spent a really enjoyable 11 nights at BinKaya.Booked on the back of Trip Advisor reviews and were really pleased with our choice,Christophe and Funde were really excellent hosts and they have great staff. No complaints with the room, although the firmness of the mattress took some days to get used to.Room was cleaned everyday, very impressed. The location of the hotel is brilliant,as others have said, everything you will need is on your doorstep but when you're sat lounging around the lovely pool you could be mistaken for thinking you're miles away from anywhere. We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.
